Behind our timber-framed shopfront is a small, cosy room with a rustic, Western feel: exposed brick, a golden pine ceiling, wagon-wheel lamps, wooden shutters and tartan banquettes. It's relaxed and family-friendly — pull up a chair, escape the bustle of Princes Street and stay as long as you like.
